剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式150例分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the delivery mode of repeated pregnancy after cesarean section, and to evaluate the possibility of vaginal delivery. Methods The clinical data of 150 cases with previous cesarean section delivery history, admitted from March 2009 to September 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 24 women with vaginal delivery indication were tried to perform vaginal birth after cesarean, other 126 women were performed cesarean section delivery. Results In the vaginal birth trial, 17 women were accomplished the vaginal delivery successfully with the success rate was 70. 8%. The other 7 women were converse to cesarean section because of threatened uterine rupture in one case, uterine atony due to abnormal labor in 3 cases and fetal distress in 3 cases. The recurrence rate of cesarean was 88. 7% (133/150). Conclusion Vaginal delivery can carry out to the pregnant women with cesarean history in intensive care when vaginal delivery indication was matched.关键词
