民族药铁棒锤砂炒炮制品的质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Stir-baked Products of Ethnic Drug Aconitum pendulum

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard for stir-baked products of ethnic drug Aconitum pendulum. METHODS: The processed products were identified by TLC quantitatively, and the contents of benzoylaconine in samples were determined by HPLC. The determination of moisture, ash and extracts were conducted. RESULTS: The spots of TLC were evident and had a good degree of separation; the mass fraction of benzoylaconine in samples were 0.53%-1.73%; average mass fraction of moisture was 2.80%, that of total ash content was 2.89%, and that of acid-insoluble ash was 1.08%. The average mass fraction of 70% ethanol extracts was 21.38%. No aconitine was found in stir-baked products of A. pendulum. CONCLUSION: Established standard is suitable for quality control and evaluation of stir-baked products of A. pendulum.关键词
