火焰原子吸收光谱法测定紫背金盘中微量元素的含量
Content Determination of Trace Element in Ajuga nipponensis by FAAS

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of 7 kinds of trace elements, Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Co and K in Ajuga nipponensis. METHODS: The contents of Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Co and K in A. nipponensis were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS). RESULTS: The contents of Ca,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Co and K in A. nipponensis were 21 644, 1 043,52.85,7.093,72.070 6,3.231 and 118.3 μg/g, respectively. The contents of each element in descending order were Ca>Fe> K>Cu>Mn>Zn>Co. CONCLUSION: The contents of Ca and Fe in A. nipponensis are higher than others. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and same disposing liquid can be used for the content determination of multiple metallic elements. The study can provide reference for the relationship study between trace element and pharmacological action of A. nipponensis.关键词
