射干的质量标准研究
Study on the Quality Standard of Belamcanda chinensis
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To further improve the quality standards of Belamcanda chinensis. METHODS:B. chinensis for character and microscopic identification. TLC was used for qualitative identification of irisflorentin. Routine examinations were determined based on the determination method for A impurity, H oven drying method, K ash determination in the appendix Ⅸ and A extract determination in the appendix Ⅹ of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition). RESULTS: The microscopic characteristic is obvious and the TLC identification is specific; limits of foreign matter, moisture, total ashes and acid insoluble ash were not more than 2.0% , 10.0% , 7.0% and 1.0% , respectively; limits of extracts in water, hot water and 70% ethanol were not less than 19.0%, 21.0% and 22.0%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The established method is suitable for the quality control of B. chinensis.关键词
