Abstract
Objective: To understand the current status of nursing ethics teaching, according to the feedback views of undergraduate nursing students on current nursing ethics course, find the problems and to improve the nursing ethics curriculum reform. Method: A self - administered questionnaire was used in this study in nursing students of 2009 and 2010 level in a military medical university. Result; 65. 74% of the students thought it was very necessary to have nursing ethics course, and 35.19% of the students thought the course should run -through the four years. About the number of the course hours, 48.15% thought 21 to 30 hours was the best. For the examination form, 46.29% chose the open -book examination, 74.07% of the students considered the teacher should have philosophy or ethical academic background. The first three ordering for the acceptance extent of teaching method as follows; seeing ethics movie (score 475) , outside visiting (score 428) , case analysis (score 420). The first three outcome of need course contents were nursing ethics issues decision - making ( score 569) , nursing clinical ethics principles (score 552) and basic theory ( score 533). Conclusion: For military medical college undergraduate nursing students, the school moral education must adapt to the future work needs, the curriculum should be in accordance with students' needs; moral education should be combined with high and low standards; teachers should strengthen their construction of professional background.关键词
