摘要

Abstract

To solve water shortage of papermaking enterprises and ease the pressure on environment, based on water pinch technology (WPT) , this study putted forward a optimization method of building water cascade use system at a papermaking mill where the fine paper, tissue paper and paperboard were produced. Results showed that water pinch technology had certain directive significance at the multi-products paper mill's water cascade use. Through the modification, the fresh water consumption from originally 5470 t/d decreased to 2784 t/d, average fresh water specific consumption from 27.5 tons decreased to 13.9 tons, fell by 49. 1 % , 840 000 tons of water could be saved annually, water saving effect is remarkable.
