A Replacement Model for Regular Overhauling α-power Process Repairable System

摘要

Abstract

A new regular overhauling a-power process maintenance model was studied. It was assumed that the overhauling time increased in neighboring cycle, and the random overhauling was "as good as old" and the failure repair was not " as good as new". The replacement policy N based on repair number was considered. By using renewal and α-power process theory, an explicit expression of the long-run expected profit per unit time was derived. The optimum replacement policy N * could be obtained by a numerical simulation example.
