Preparation of Low Cost Biosorbent and Its Biosorption Properties for Congo Red from Aqueous Solution
利用烟草废水(tobacco wastewater,TWW)培养青霉菌LY7获取菌丝体,以灭活茵丝体为材料制备廉价真菌吸附剂PLYB.研究了PLYB的表面特征及其对水溶液中刚果红(Congo Red,CR)的吸附行为,考察了PLYB加入量、温度、pH、吸附时间、染料初始浓度等因素对CR吸附效果的影响,结果表明,PLYB对CR的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附过程可用准二级动力学模型较好的描述.根据Langmuir吸附等温线,30℃和p…查看全部>>
A low cost biosorbent PLYB was prepared from the inactive biomass of fungus Penicillium LY7, which was capable of utilizing tobacco wastewater as a substrate without any addition of nutrients. The characterization of the biosorbent surfaces, biosorption kinetics, isotherm models and the effects of various experimental factors were investigated.
