解剖学修复单侧唇裂术后继发人中嵴畸形的临床研究
Anatomical Correction of Secondary Philtrum Column Deformity after Unilateral Cleft Lip Repairt

Abstract
Objective To explore the methods of flat or depressed deformity of philtrum column in patients with secondary deformities of unilateral cleft lip. Methods From 2005 July to 2012 June, 60 patients with secondary deformity of unilateral cleft lip were divided into 2 groups (n=30) and received the correction of philtrum column deformity with vertical orbicularis muscle flap and mortise-tenon joint orbicularis muscle flap. Height of philtrum column, dynamic performance, width of scar and patient satisfaction were measured to evaluate the surgical effects. Results All the patients were healed by first intension. The patients were followed up for 6 months. According to the scoring criteria, height of philtrum column and patient satisfaction were statistically different between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion According to the anatomical structure of orbicularis muscle, mortise -tenon joint orbicularis muscle flap has important implications for the repair of philtrum column deformity.关键词
