Karyotype Analysis and Physical Location of 45S rDNA in Elymus canadensis
摘要
Abstract
Localization of 45 S rDNA on Elymus canadensis chromosome was studied by fluorescence in situ hybridization ( FISH) of chromosome on root tip. The results showed that four hybridization sites were detected at the end of short arm of E. canadensis chromosome 2 and in secondary constriction (nucleolar organizing region) on chromosome 5 , which were the location of 45S rDNA. And the signal of hybridization were the same intensity.关键词
