Abstract
In order to reduce the cost of polysilicon production and enhance its market competition, the main polysilicon process of improved Siemens approach in domestic and overseas was investigated. Based on the analysis of energy consumption in main plants of polysilicon, such as energy coupling use, comprehensive utilization of energy recovery, and new high efficiency and energy saving technology, so multi-effect distillation, reducing heat energy comprehensive utilization system, and cold hydrogenation process were used to replace the existing polysilicon production process. The results show that these measurements can save energy and reduce polysilicon cost greatly, thus providing guidance for polysilicon plants reconstruction and transformation in the future.关键词
