调补肝肾法治疗原发性高血压理论探讨
Theoretical discussion of liver-kidney-nourishing method treating essential hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Through studying on syndrome differentiation and treatment regulation of essential hypertension,it is considered that liver and kidney disorders is important pathogenesis of essential hypertension. Excess syndrome is primary at the initial stage,the disease location is liver. Syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is primary at the middle stage, the disease location is liver and kidney .Yin and Yang are both deficiency at the last stage,the disease of kidney is radical. In clinical,liver-kidney-nourishing method is effective treatment,soothing liver and regulating Qi,clearing liver and lowering fire,cooling liver and calming wind could treat exterior syndrome,while the interior syndrome could be treated by the method of invigorating kidney Qi and coordinating Yin and Yang.关键词
