摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate accuracy of WBC counting function of Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer in malignant tumor anemic patients with nucleated red blood cell.Methods NRBC percentage of 440 different system malignant tumor combined with anemic patients selected from the departments of hematology, respiratory, gastroenterology, gynecology and surgery were detected from Dec.2011 to Dec.2012.Counting and classification of blood cells of patients were detected by XE-2100 hematology analyzer (without NRBC mode).125 blood samples of malignant tumor anemic patients with nucleated red blood cell (NRBC) hinted by the Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer and confirmed by manual smear classification with microscopy simultaneously were selected.White blood cells of these blood samples were counted by hematology analyzer (with NRBC mode) method and manual method with microscopy.Results NRBC percentage of different system malignant tumor anemic patients were different.NRBC percentage of gynecologic Oncology was 38.5%.NRBC percentage of urinary system tumors was 37.5%.NRBC percentage of blood system tumors was 36.9%.3.56×109/L was the media of WBC counting by Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer,and 3.56×109/L was the media of WBC counting by manual method.There were no significant difference between two methods(t= -1.852 , P=0.066).Conclusion NRBC detection fuction of Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer is very important for clinical application significance in accuracy of WBC counting in malignant tumor anemic patients with nucleated red blood cell.关键词
