陕西省汉中市农村单纯性收缩期高血压影响因素的分类树研究
Classification tree study of factors affecting isolated systolic hypertension in rural areas of Hanzhong city of Shaanxi Province

Abstract
Objective To explore factors affecting isolated systolic hypertension (ISH) in rural areas of Hanzhong city, Shaanxi Province, so as to provide evidence for ISH prevention and control. Methods We used the data collected from a survey on people's health in rural areas in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, as data resource in this research. Classification and regression tree (CART) fitting binary variable was selected and classification tree was used to fit the model. Misclassification rate, correct classification rate and ROC curve were used to evaluate the model. Results Misclassification rate of the model training set, validation set and test set was 16.6%, 16.8% and 14.3%, respectively. Root ASE of the model was 0. 357, 0.351 and 0.334, respectively. The area under ROC curve was greater than 0.5, which indicated that the model was fitted well. Firstly, the population was divided by age in the model. The affecting factors were age, body mass index, education level, smoking habit, the average monthly family income and greater salt intake in the order of importance. Conclusion ISH is affected by various factors; therefore, primary prevention in relation to its affecting factors should be made. Targeted intervention strategies should be provided to different high-risk population in order to reduce the prevalence of ISH and improve the quality of life of rural people.关键词
