Design of S Band 30 kW Solid-state Transmitter in ATC Radar
摘要
Abstract
Design of a new-developed S band 30 kW solid-state transmitter in ATC radar is introduced. Design and implementation of RF chain, control and protection, power supply and cooling are detailedly depicted. Then online replacing and digital inspection are introduced with emphasis according to the special requirement of ATC transmitter. Finally test results of the transmitter performance are offered. The success in develop of this transmitter can provide design reference to other solid-state transmitter in future.关键词
