通心络联合规范西医治疗对缺血性心肌病患者血清氧化应激、hsCRP及血管内皮功能的影响

Abstract
Objective: This study was designed to investigate the effect of association of Tongxinluo and formal western medicine treatment on serum oxidative stress, high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) and vascular endothelial function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM). Methods: Eighty-three patients with ICM were selected from 2008. 9 to 2011. 4. Patients were randomly divided into two groups; control group ( n =41) and Tongxinluo treatment group (n = 42 ). All subjects were followed up for 6 months. The levels of serum lipids, scavenging activity for superoxide anion radicals (O2- ) , malondialdehyde, hsCRP, circulating Endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) and endothelial- derived microparticles (EMP) were examined in all subjects at enrollment and the end of study. The incidences of adverse reactions for medicines in two study groups were taken down. Results: Compared with control group, the levels of serum malondialdehyde, hsCRP and circulating EMP were significantly decreased and serum scavenging activity for O2-, circulating EPC were significantly increased in Tongxinluo treatment group in comparison with control group at the end of this strdy (P < 0. 05 ). There were no significant differences between the two groups on the incidences of adverse reactions for medicines. Conclusions: Tongxinlong might decrease the levels of serum oxidative stress, inflammation and improve the vascular endothelial function in patients with ICM.关键词
