经会阴前列腺癌根治术二例报告并文献复习
Perineal Radical Prostatectomy: 2 Cases Report
摘要
Abstract
Objectives: To present the initial experience of perineal radical prostatectomy in the treatment of local prostate cancer. Methods: Two patients with local prostate cancer (T2a and T2c) received perineal radical prostatectomy, operative time, blood loss, catheter removal period, urinary continence were recorded. Results: All 2 cases were completed successfully without conversion into retroperitoneal surgery. Operative time and blood loss were 175 min and 200 ml, 140 min and 150 ml for 2 patients, respectively. Cystography was take place on 7th day postoperatively and urinary catheter was removed after the exclusive of leakage. Pathological report indicated integrate prostate specimen and negative surgical margin. After 3-week follow-up, urine continence was excellent. Conclusion: Perineal radical prostatectomy is safe and feasible and has a great advantage upon disease control and recovery of urinary continence.关键词
