Kinematics Modeling and Analysis of Deformed Elliptic Geared Seven-bar Linkage Plant Setting Mechanism

Abstract
In order to solve the existing problems of a plant setting mechanism of the riding two lines semi — automatic vegetables transplanting machine from Iseki company, the deformed elliptic geared seven—bar linkage plant setting mechanism was proposed. And then the kinematics model was established,so the displacement,velocity and acceleration equations of planting mouth were deduced. Based on these work,kinematics analysis and optimization software of this mechanism were compiled, and then the affects of several key parameters on the operating performance of this mechanism were analyzed by using the software. These parameters included the ratio of short axis and long axis of elliptic gear,the deformation coefficient of elliptic gear and the initial installation angle of elliptic gear. The operating performance included the track stance of the planting mouth,the hole size,the return trajectory and the speed when catching the seedling. On the basis of the analysis results,using the software an optimum set of mechanism parameters of this mechanism was obtained,whose plant mouth's performance is better than that of the Iseki company's,and meets the agronomic requirements of vegetables transplanting better.关键词
