摘要

Abstract

Taking ' Zhongnong No. 26' cucumber ( Cucumis sativus L. ) as experiment material, and tranditional peat and vermiculite media as contrast, this experiment studies the effects of different mixture ratios of caragana and mushroom residue ( CMR ) on media physicochemical properties and cucumber seedling quality. The results showed that rational mixture ratio can meet the requirement of seedling culture in physical and chemical properties; and make the quality of cucumber seedling better than that of the traditional peat substrates. The media B2 ( caragana and mushroom residue ratio is 3 V: 2 V, alternative 60% peat ) and D4 ( caragana and mushroom residue ratio is 1 V : 4 V, alternative 20% peat) can significantly improve cucumber seedling quality. Therefore, media B2 could be widely used for cucumber seedling cultivation in the area where peat is insufficient.
