Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacies of self-verruca embedding combined with Bacillus calmette guerin-polysaccharide nucleic acid (BCG-PSN) injection in the treatment of verruca planae. METHODS: 92 patients with verruca planae were randomized into two groups. 46 patients in trial group received self-verruca embedding, BCG-PSN injection and 0.025% Treti-noin cream for external use, while 46 patients in control group received same treatment except verruca embedding. And they were followed up for 3 months. Therapeutic efficacies were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS: The total efficacy of trail group was 82.6%, and control group was 51.1%. There was significant differences between 2 groups (P<0.05). There was no significant serious ADR found in both groups. CONCLUSION: The self-verruca embedding combined with BCG-PSN injection is effective in the treatment of verruca planae.关键词
