高职高专药学专业学生职业能力素质的多元量化评价体系探讨

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore a multiple quantitative evaluation system for professional ability of higher vocational students majoring in pharmacy. METHODS: Social requirement and the employment of students were taken as orientation,the featured evaluation system of 4 grades was formulated and applied. RESULTS: The graduates received the high praise from employer. The employment rate of graduates was more than 99% during 2008- 2012 since the system was widely applied. CONCLUSIONS: The system is an effective way to evaluate professional ability of higher vocational students majoring in pharmacy.关键词
