血脂清颗粒在高血压合并代谢综合征治疗中的减毒增效作用
Attenuated and Synergistic Effect of Blood Fat Clear Particles in Hypertension Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the attenuated and synergistic effect of Blood fat clear particles in hypertension patients complicated with metabolic syndrome. Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into three groups, 30 cases in each group. Atorvastatin group was given atorvastatin, Blood fat clear group was given Blood fat clear particles, and combined treatment group was given Lipitor and Blood fat clear particles for 8 weeks. The change of blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid parameters and safety before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the change of blood pressure level had no statistical difference in 3 groups (P>0.05). Blood fat clear particles effectively reduced TG, TC, LDL-C and increased HDL-C, its effect of reducing LDL-C had no significant difference with atorvastatin. There was no significant difference in dropping TC between combined treatment group and atorvastatin group. The levels of 2 h PG, HbA1c and UA declined obviously in combined treatment group after treatment (P≤0.001), and had significant difference with that in atorvastatin group and Blood fat clear group (P≤0.01). The liver and kidney function and creatine kinase had no significant difference (P>0.05) between before and after treatment in both Blood fat clear group and combined treatment group. Conclusion Blood fat clear combined with atorvastatin is the better choice in treating hypertension complicated with metabolic syndrome, which has attenuated and synergistic effect.关键词
