Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of self-made Ginsenoside Rg3 microemulsion. Methods The quality evaluation of Ginsenoside Rg3 microemulsion was evaluated with determination of ginsenoside Rg3 physico-chemical parameters, drug loading and in vitro release. Results Ginsenoside Rg3 microemulsion is colorless and transparent. The average drug loadings is 3.5 mg/mL. The test of Rg3 in vitro release index showed that the ginsenoside Rg3 microemulsion is better than those capsule in market at releasing speed and the degree. Conclusion The indexes of Ginsenoside Rg3 microemulsion such as physico-chemical parameters and in vitro release meet the requirement of pharmalopoeia.关键词
