电针齐刺治疗女性经行头痛的临床研究
Treatment of Headache during Menstruation with Electroacupuncture and Triple Puncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate therapeutic effect of headache during menstruation with electroacupuncture and triple puncture. Methods:Seventy - five patients of headache during menstruation were randomly divided into a treatment group of 38 cases and a control group of 37cases. The treatment group was treated with eleclroa-cupuncture and triple puncture, and a control group was treated with oral medications. Results:The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 89. 74% and 70. 27% , respectively. The efficacy in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group(P <0. 01 ). Compared between two groups, there were significant differences in the main clinical symptom change for the better time and the total effective rate (P <0. 01). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and triple puncture have an obvious therapeutic effect on headache during menstruation.关键词
