The Bibliometrics Analysis on Clinical Trials of Treating Dysmenorrhea by Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The characteristics of recent - four - year literatures on acupuncture therapy in the treatment of dysmenorrhea were analyzed by bibliometrics in order to know about the research status and the developmental level in this field and draw out the basic disciplines and guide clinical practice and experimental research. Methods:Inclusion and exclusion criteria of literatures, and retrieval methods, retrieval tools and retrieval time were predetermined to obtain domestic relevant research literatures. The literatures were analyzed by metrology in the quantity, areal distribution, characteristic, research properties, western medicine diagnosis criteria , therapeutic methods, acupoint selection and so on. Results:During the past four years, 269 papers about acupuncture therapy for dysmenorrhea were included in this research. The related researches in Shandong, Guangxi and Guangdong were in the leading position. These papers were mainly published in Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Liaoning Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Tthe research direction was mostly focused on the clinical experiments, clinical experience and review. The way of treatment was mainly acupuncture comprehensive methods. Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy for dysmenorrhea has been proved to be effective, and large numbers of therapeutic methods are widely put into practice, but the quality of the design and implementation of clinical randomized controlled trials remain to be improved.关键词
