电针足三里穴对慢性应激抑郁症大鼠行为改变的影响
Effects of Electroacupuncture of Zusanli Acupoint on Behavior Changes Rats with of Chronic Stress Depressive Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of electroacupuncture of" Zusanli" on behavior changes of rats wih chronic stress depression, and through comparing the" Shenmen" to reveal the curative effect to improve praxiology symptom of mental disorders by recuperating spleen and stomach in middle energizer. Method: The depression model was replicated by separation and chronic unpredictable mild stress,through the intervention of electroacupuncture AT"Zusanli" /'Shenmen" and intragastric administration fluoxetine hydrochloride,to detect the weight and the scores of Open -field test in each group when the first day and the twenty - first day, and detect the consumption of sugar when it was the twenty -first day. Results:Compared with the normal control group, the times of horizontal motion and vertical motion of Open -field test of the model group were decreased obviously, the intake of sugar was decreased obviously too, but the times of horizontal motion and vertical motion of Open - field test and the intake of sugar were increased obviously in the group of "Zusanli" ,"Shenmen"and fluoxetine hydrochloride. Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at "Zusanli" and "Shenmen" can improve the praxiology display of chronic stress depression in rats. Recuperating spleen and stomach in middle energizer can improve praxiology symptom of psycholepsy to get a therapeutic efficacy compared with that of recuperating heart -spirit directly.关键词
