北豆根中蝙蝠葛碱在人源肠Caco-2细胞单层模型中的吸收转运研究
Absorption and Transportation of Dauricinein Caco-2 of Human Intestinal Cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study on the characteristics of absorption and transportation of Dauricine in Caco -2. Methods; Use Caco - 2 cell monolayer model of human colon adenocarcinoma cell line to test the transfer process of Dau from AP to BL, BL to AP. Use the method of the coupling UV detector RP - HPLC for the quantitative analysis of Dau, calculate the transportation parameters and the apparent permeability coefficient ( Papp) , and compare with the positive drugs pro-pranolol and atenolol. Result; Papp of Dau bidirectional transportation at 1. 0/105cm/s,which show a good absorption; transfer efficiency of Dau at 25 ~ 200mol/L was correlated with concentration. Conclusion: Dau is a good absorptive compound , which is passively absorbed into the body through the epithelial cells of intestine.关键词
