摘要

Abstract

The changes of the fluorescence parameters of Dicrateria zhanjiangensis and Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 exposed to Cu2+ were investigated by means of the chlorophyll fluorescence technology(Water-PAM) ,and the growth of these two species of marine microal-gae was observed. The results showed that all fluorescence parameters ( Fv/Fm ,Fv/F0,Yield and ETR) of Dicrateria zhanjiangensis and Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 decreased under Cu2+ stress. The growth of cell density for Dicrateria zhanjiangensis and Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 decreased under Cu2+ stress,and it can be expressed as Dicrateria zhanjiangensis > Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 in the 24h while it can be expressed as Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59> Dicrateria zhanjiangensis during 48h to 96h. The toxicity of Dicrateria zhanjiangensis and Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 increased with the increase of exposure time.
