亮叶杨桐叶中山茶苷A对照品的制备及鉴定
Preparation and Identification of Reference Substance of Camellianin A from Leave of Adinandra nitida Merr.ex Li
摘要
Abstract
To establish a separation method for reference substance of camellianin A from leave of Adinandra nitida Merr. ex Li,ethanol-extract of the leave of Adinandra nitida Merr. ex Li was isolated and purified by RP-HPLC combining with column chromatography and recrystalli-zation. Its structure was identified by spectral analysis. The results showed that Camellianin A was completely separated from leave of Adinandra nitida Merr. ex Li. The purity of the reference substance was no less than 99. 0%. The compound prepared by the above-mentioned method is accorded with the relative demands of chemical reference substance in Chinese materia medica. It can be used as a reference substance for the quality control and the research of herbal medicine.关键词
