中药熏洗治疗肛肠外科患者术后疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of TCM fumigating and hip bathing for post- operative anal intestinal diseases patients. Methods A total of 346 anal intestinal diseases patients after underwent operation were divided into test and control group. Patients of control group were administrated conventional therapy and 1B5000 Potassium Permanganate(PP)solution hip bathing .While patients of test group were given TCM fumigating and hip bathing and corresponding care besides the conventional therapy and nursing care. Results The total effective rate was 92.48% in test group and 78.61% in control group cases. And the therapeutic effect of test group is better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion It has better effectiveness to give TCM fumigating and hip bathing for post-operative anal intestinal diseases patients.关键词
