中医大学内科学临床实习教改的思路与实践

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Traditional Chinese Internal clinical internship education reform to improve the interns clinical diagnostic thinking and clinical operations ability. Methods In undergraduate medical students in clinical practice work,to take measures to strengthen the following aspects:(1)To strengthen the training of students before practice;(2)To strengthen the base connotation construction,improve the quality of teachers;(3)Standardize clinical practice teaching mode,combined with a variety of teaching methods;(4)Reform course completion examination system,students master the theory and practice of knowledge strict. Results By standard training,practice and assessment interns clinical thinking,hands-on and respond to patient self-confidence enhanced. Conclusion By teaching reform,more conducive to the comprehensive training of medical students’ clinical ability.关键词
