Effects of Different Fertilizer Treatments on Yield and Quality of Pepper
摘要
Abstract
The effects of five kinds of different fertilizers on the yield and quality of pepper were studied. The result showed that: as compared with the chemical fertilizer, organic compound fertilizer, zinc fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and amino acid foliar fertilizer all could increase the yield of pepper, and improve the quality of pepper. Organic compound fertilizer and zinc fertilizer could decrease the content of vitamin C ( Vc) and nitrate, and increase soluble sugar content. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate could increase the content of Vc, soluble sugar and nitrate, and reduce cellulose content in pepper. Amino acid foliar fertilizer reduced the content of Vc and cellulose, and increased the content of soluble sugar and nitrate.关键词
