秋福树莓组织培养和快速繁殖技术研究
Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Autumn Bliss in Rubus
摘要
Abstract
The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Autumn Bliss in Rubus were studied by using its ungermi-nated axillary buds as explants. The results showed that MS + BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best differentiation medium, MS + BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best proliferation medium, and 1/2MS + IBA 1. 0 mg/L + fine sand + perlite was more economic and suitable rooting medium.关键词
