Abstract
Taking Jiangsu provincial coastal development as an example, the difficulties of sustainable livelihood of sea - losing fishermen were analyzed in detail, and its path was explored. To improve the procedure of land requisition was the basis of breaking the predicament. To strengthen skills training was the key to break the predicament. To develop leisure fishery was the bridge of breaking the predicament. To perfect social security system was the core of breaking the predicament.关键词
