Effect of platelet P-selectin on platelet-derived growth factor secreted by B16 cells
摘要
Abstract
Purpose To investigate the effect of platelet P-selectin on platelet-derived growth factor secreted by B16 cells. Methods B16 cells were co-cultured with the platelets of C57 mice and P-selectin knockout mice, then PDGF concentration in the supernatant was detected by ELISA. Result There was no difference of the PDGF concentration secrected by the platelets of C57 mice and P-selectin knockout mice. Conclusion Platelet P-selectin had no significant effect on PDGF secreted by B16 cells.关键词
