摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Diagnosis Value of transvaginal color doppler sonography in intracavitary abnormalities .Methods :82 patients with intracavitary Abnormalities were confirmed by transvaginal color Doppler sonography inspection and pathological diagnosis , and the diagnosis was compared .Results :among 82 cases with color Doppler ultrasound , submucosal fibroids 32 cases , the pathological diagnosis coincidence rate was 96 .88% , the endometrial polyps lesions 31 , the diagnosis rate 93 .55% , endometrial simple hyperplasia 12 cases , the diagnosis rate 83 .33% , 7 cases of endometrial cancer , the diagnosis rate was 71 .43% .The overall clinical diagnosis coincidence rate was 91 .46% .A variety of lesions in color ultrasound has its own special performance .Conclusion :Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine cavity has a unique the echocardiography character -istic , and it's high diagnostic accuracy and worthy of clinical application and promotion .关键词
