维生素B1足三里针刺对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后炎性反应和免疫功能的影响
Impact of Vitamin B1 Injection at Zusanli Point on Immunity and Inflammatory Response of Patients after Gastroenteric Tumor Operation

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of vitamin Bl injection at Zusanli point on inflammatory responses and im-munological function of the patients with gastroenteric tumors after operation. Methods Eighty patients with gastroenteric tumors who received surgical operation were, according to random number table, divided as trial group receiving vitamin Bl injection at Zusanli point and control group receiving vitamin B1 injection muscularly. The serum levels of C - reactive protein ( CRP ), CD3 + , CD4 + , CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + were respectively measured respectively one day before the operation, and 1st, 3rd and 7th day after the operation. Results The serum CRP level of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the trial group on the 3rd day after the operation [ ( 146. 32 ± 5. 26 ) mg/L vs. ( 91. 18 ± 3. 56 ) mg/L ] and on the 7th day after the operation [ ( 25. 46 ±0. 16 ) mg/L vs. ( 7. 32 ± 1. 08 ) mg/L ] ( P <0. 01 ) . On the 7th day after the operation there were significant differences between the two groups in levels of CD3 + [ ( 60. 3 ± 5. 1 )% vs. ( 64. 9 ± 7. 2 )% ], CD4+ [ ( 34. 4 ± 3. 9 )% vs. ( 37. 4 ± 8. 6 )% ] and CD4 + /CD8 +[ ( 1. 36 ± 0. 07 ) vs. ( 1. 43 ± 0. 05 ) ] ( P < 0. 05 ), but no significant difference in level of CD8+ ( P >0. 05 ) . Conclusion The vitamin B1 injection at Zusanli point can reduce the postoperative inflammatory responses for patients with gastroenteric tumors, and protect the cell - mediated immunity.关键词
