青岛市售养殖海水虾中副溶血性弧菌的分离及耐药性分析
Isolation and antimicrobial resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in farmed marine shrimps from Qingdao markets

Abstract
The Vibrio parahaemolylicus strains in farmed marine shrimps from Qingdao markets were isolated and identified and the antimicrobial resistance of these isolates was tested. Presumed V. parahaemolylicus in shrimps were isolated by traditional culture method and identified by automatic bacterial identification system. The virulence genes were determined by PCR amplification and the antimicrobial resistance was performed by K-B method. A total of 50 (78. 1%) V. parahaemolylicus strains were isolated from 64 shrimp samples. The tdh gene was absent in all the isolates and trh gene was found in three of them. All isolates were resistant to cephradine and 96% of them were resistant to ampicillin and amoxycillin. Some isolates were resistant to cefuroxime sodium, streptomycin, tetracycline, oxytetracycline, and sulphamethoxazole/trimethoprim. A few isolates exhibited multidrug-resistance against at least three kinds of antibiotics. The results indicated that the farmed marine shrimps from Qingdao markets are highly contaminated by V. parahaemolylicus and the isolates have antimicrobial resistance to a certain extent.关键词
