添加ZrO2对铜基摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响
Effect of zirconium dioxide addition on friction and wear properties of Cu-based friction materials

Abstract
Copper-based high-speed train braking material was fabricated through powder metallurgy method. Effects of zirconium dioxide content on the friction coefficients and wear extent of the materials were studied. The results show that the friction material with 5wt. % zirconia content has higher friction coefficient and more wear extent. The friction material with 8wt. % zirconia content has higher friction coefficient, lower wear rate and good stability at high speed. The wear mechanism of friction material is dominated by adhesive wear at lower speed and the mix of spalling and oxidative wear at higher speed.关键词
