摘要

Abstract

Nanostructural 90WNiFe composite powders were prepared by spray-drying, and compacted with CIP. The compacts were sintered with HIP at lower temperature compared with traditional process. With this process, the alloy with grain size less than 5μm was obtained. The dynamic mechanical properties of fine-grain tungsten alloy were tested by the Hopkinson Bar. The test results indicate that the fine-grain tungsten alloy obviously shows up strain hardening and strain rate strengthening effect under the high strain rate and its dynamic mechanical properties are superior to the traditional ones prepared by liquid phase sintering.
