摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The relationships between juice sac granulation and lignin and exogenous hormone in pummelo [Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck ' Guanximiyou' ] fruits stored at low temperature with SA(salicylic acid) treatments were investigated. [Method]The index of granulation, contents of lignin and key enzymes in lignin biosynthesis including PAL, CAD and POD were detected. [Result]The results showed that the key enzymes in lignin biosynthesis, granulation index and lignin content increased during storage period. The activities of PAL, CAD and POD with SA treatments were significantly lower than those of control. The content of lignin and index of granulation were also significantly lower than those of SA treated. The lignin content correlated with granulation index with the correlation coefficient 0.943, and the activities of enzymes involved in lignin biosynthesis correlated with the content of lignin with the correlation coefficient 0.981. The optimal SA concentration is 1.0 g·L-1. [Conclusion]The results suggest that there is a positive correlation between juice sac granulation level and lignin content, the granulation was prevented by SA treatments through inhibiting the activities of key enzymes participated in lignin biosynthesis to reduce lignin content.
