行气润肠汤治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的实验研究
Experimental Study on Irritable Bowel Syndrome of Constipation Type Treated with Xingqi Runchang Decoction

Abstract
Objective; To investigate the effect of Xingqi Runchang Decoction on 5 - serotonin (5 - HT), substance P ( SP ) , vasoactive intestinal peptide ( VIP ) of rats with irritable bowel syndrome of constipation type. Methods; IBS model rats of constipation type were established with the method of colorectal balloon dilatation stimulation and limit, the experimental rats were divided into normal control group, model group, Xingqi Runchang Decoction, Fukumatsu group. The second day after the modeling , Xingqi Runchang Decoction and Fukumatsu group were respectively given gastric perfusion of 2 mL Chinese medicinal solution and Fukumatsu solution, while the normal group and model group were respectively given gastric perfusion of 2 mL saline. Each group was given gastric perfusion for 14 D. During the gastric perfusion, the total amount of drinking water in each group was controlled at 200 mL·d-1. The content of colon tissue 5 - HT, SP, VIP was measured after the experiment, and their difference was compared. Results; Colon 5 - HT, SP, VIP content increased in the model group, there was significant difference (P<0.01), compared with the normal group. Compared with the model group, Xingqi Runchang Decoction group, 5 - HT, SP, VIP content decreased significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion; Xingqi Runchang Decoction can reduce the intestinal synthesis secretion of 5 - HT, VIP, SP of rats with irritable bowel syndrome of constipation type, thereby improving the symptoms of constipation.关键词
