Abstract

Real-time Hybrid Simulation (RHS) , a novel hybrid testing method, is an extension of the pseudo-dynamic testing approach. Inter-field parallel multi-rate partitioned algorithms are promising in RHS due to their abilities of resolving compatibility problem of multi-sampling times and improving computation efficiency. This paper discusses the feasibility of complicated RHS implementation using Simulink/Embedded Matlab Function Block and summaries its advantages. Realistic RHS was carried out with an inter-field parallel multi-rate partitioned algorithm. The research shows that RHS with this block is convenient and reliable, which provides an effective tool for complicated RHS.
