摘要

Abstract

A kind of power cord winding and tieing stepper control system based on PLC is designed, the control hardware and control software are stated in this paper. Using PLC receives the control signal and drives the actuating mechanism, so that the winding and tieing cable control system is stable, accurate. Using the touch screen provides friendly man-machine interface, easy to modify the process parameters. Practice has shown, the automatic winding system is easy and reliable to operate, also it can reduce operator labor intensity and improve automatization etc. So it's suitable for automatic assembly line production. It has a bright future for application.
