Modeling and decoupling control for the strip tension of bridling roll in the continuous annealing line
摘要
Abstract
In the strip continuous annealing line, strip tension of the bridling roll is an important factor that can affect the strip quality and the operation speed of the continuous annealing line. The strip tension of the bridling roll is the key controlled variable in the control system of the continuous annealing line. The dynamical mechanism model and the state space model of the strip tension in the bridling roll are proposed. According to the multivariable coupling characteristic of the strip tension, a decoupling controller of the strip tension is also presented, which is the integration of the pole assignment and multivariable dynamical decoupling method. Simulation experiment results show that the proposed decoupling controller can realize the dynamical decoupling of the multiple strip tension control loops, and the satisfactory control performance also can be achieved.关键词
