Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application and protective efficacies of a new stand for the field portable X-ray apparatus. Methods There were 232 stretcher patients simulated in the field condition, with the heights between 165 cm and 170 cm and the weights between 60 kg and 65 kg, who were divided into seven groups according to the photography postures including the chest, humerus, ulna and radius, hand, femoral bone, tibiofibula and foot. With the same exposure factors, the X-ray doses in and out of the stand as well as the X-ray photography qualities were measured. Results With regard to the X-ray doses in and out of the stand, the values were 102.2 and 3.1 for the chest, 24.1 and 0.5 for the humerus, 25.1 and 0.5 for the ulna and radius, 10.6 and 0.2 for the hand, 41.3 and 1.0 for the femoral bone, 39.8 and 0.9 for the tibiofibula, 29.8 and 0.5 for the foot, respectively. The X-ray doses in the stand were reduced by 97.5% than that out of the stand. There were 223 excellent X-ray films with a ratio of 96.1%, and no unqualified ones. Conclusion The new stand for the field portable X—ray apparatus can make the photography quality enhanced and the radiation doses reduced.关键词
