放电等离子烧结制备高强度奥氏体不锈钢
High strength austenitic stainless steel prepared by spark plasma sintering

Abstract
AISI 304L dense bulks are prepared by Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) from AISI 304L nanopowders produced by ball milling.The powders and the dense bulks are analyzed by XRD and SEM.The density, hardness and tensile properties of the sintered dense bulks are measured.The results show that dual phase nanopowders constituted by austenite and martensite are obtained by ball milling.The sintered dense bulk at 950 ℃ is austenite phase with excellent mechanical properties.The density, yield strength, tensile strength and hardness are measured to be 99.11%, 336 MPa, 609 MPa and 212.4 HV0.1.关键词
