蛛网膜下隙注入不同温度左布比卡因对麻醉平面的影响
Effects of Different Temperature of Levobupivacaine on Level of Anesthesia

Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of 37 ℃ plain 0. 5% levobupivacaine (LEV) versus 24 ℃ LEV on onset time and level of anesthesia for patients undergoing arthroscopic menisectomy. Methods Fifty-three ASA I or II patients undergoing elective arthroscopic menisectomy were randomly assigned into two groups. All patients received injection of 3 mL of plain 0. 5% LEV into subarachnoid space. Group LEV37 ( n = 27 ) received the solution that had been previously equilibrated to 37 ℃ and group LEV24 ( n = 26) was treated with the solution at operation room temperature (24 ℃ ). Sensory blockade was assessed by loss of pinprick sensation and motor blockade was assessed using a modified Bromage scale. The onset time of anesthesia (the sensory block level to T10 ) , time from anesthesia to surgery, the hightest level of anesthesia, the diffusion segment of sensory block level during 30 min, and anesthetic dissipation time were recorded. Results The onset time of anesthesia and time from anesthesia to surgery were shorter in group LEV37 than in group LEV24( P<0. 05). The hightest level of anesthesia was T2 in group LEV37 and T4 in group LEV24. The patients with anesthesia level exceeding T6 in group LEV37( 12, 44.4% ) were more than those in group LEV24(5, 19.2% ) (P<0.05 At 5, 10, 15, 20 min after SA , the diffusion segment of sensory block level in group LEV37 was wider than that in group LEV24(P<0. 05). Anesthetic dissipation time was similar in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The onset time of anesthesia was shorter, and the diffusion segment of sensory block level was wider by warming 0. 5% LEV from 24 ℃ to 37 ℃.关键词
