摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe effects of yijing pill on semen quality and sera sex hormone levels in asthenospermia patients. Methods Sixty-two patients of asthenospermia received 3 courses of oral treatment with yijing pills. In each course, patients received 3 g of yijing pill twice daily for 30 days. Semen quality and sera sex hormone were measured before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, sperm density, viability and activity rates were improved significantly [(15. 21±3.35) ×106 · mL-1 vs (50.21±13. 22) ×106 · mL-1 , (24. 19±2. 63)% vs. (46. 28±6. 36) % , and( 35.82±7.30)% vs. (62.25±6.70)% ; P<0.01]. The serum level of PRL decreased [(11. 10±2.75) ng · mL-1 vs. (6.49±1. 12) ng · mL-1 ; P< 0. 01) ] , and the level of Ts increased [ (2. 60±0. 91 ) ng · mL-1 vs. ( 3. 93±0. 78 ) ng · mL-1 ,P<0. 05 ]. Conclusion Yijing pill can improve semen quality and affect sera sex hormone levels in asthenospermia patients.关键词
