Abstract
Objective To analyze the distribution of pathogens causing urinary tract infection and their antibiotic resistance in Urology Department of our hospital, and provide the guidance for the clinical rational administration. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the drug resistant conditions of pathogenic bacteria in 127 cases of true urinary tract infection in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2013. Results A total of 128 strains ( 2 strains from one patient) were isolated from the 127 patients. There were 85 strains of Gram - negative bacilli ( 66. 4% ) as the main pathogenic bacteria, 32 strains of Gram - positive bacilli ( 25. 0% ) and 11 strains of fungi ( 8. 6% ). In constituent ratio there was a significant difference among the three kinds of strains (x2 =68. 17, P < 0. 01 ), and between strains of Gram - negative bacilli and the other two ( P < 0. 05 ). There were 24 strains of ESBLs positive bacteria accounting for 18. 8% in the whole bacilli and 28. 2% in Gram - negative bacilli, and 1 strain of MRSA accounting for 0. 8% in the whole bacilli and 3. 1% in Gram - positive bacilli. Drug resistance test results showed that the sensitivity of Gram - negative bacilli was 100. 0% to Meropenem and Ertapenem, 98. 8% to Imipenem, 96. 0% to Amikacin, and 85. 5% to Piperacillin / tazobactam; and the sensitivity of Gram - positive bacilli was 100. 0% to Linezolid, 93.5% to Vancomycin, 87.1% to Penicillin G, and 80. 6% to Levofloxacin. Conclusion The pathogens causing urinary tract infection in Urology Department of our hospital is mainly Gram - negative bacilli, to which the most sensitive antibiotics are Meropenem and Ertapenem, the better ones are Imipenem, Amikacin, and Piperacillin / tazobactam. Gram -positive bacilli are all sensitive to Linezolid, next to Vancomycin, Penicillin G, and Levofloxacin. Because of the increase of bacteria resistance a-gainst to drugs and change of antibiotic spectrum, clinical sensitivity test should be made before the usage of the antibiotics to prevent the emergence of drug - resistant strains.关键词
